Technicians will perform a 60-90 minute precision tune-up and professional cleaning of your furnace including the following:

1. Blower Motor – measure amperage and voltage for proper operation
2. Inspect indoor coil
3. Thermostat – test for proper operation, calibrate and level
4. Clean existing air filter (as needed)
5. Bearing – inspect for wear and lubricate
   Inspect Condensate Drain
6. Refrigerant – monitor operating pressures verifying Correct charge
7. Electrical Wiring – inspect and tighten connections
8. Test/inspect contactors for burned, pitted contacts
9. Inspect electrical for exposed wiring
10. Inspect and test capacitors
11. Inspect fan blade
12. Inspect and Clean condenser coil and remove debris
13. Measure Supply/Return temperature differential
14. Inspect duct work for energy loss
15. Compressor – monitor, measure amperage and volt draw and wiring connections

Included with all of our maintenance plans is same-day service calls and 10% discount on service-related items as a result of that service call. Should you experience a failure or breakdown during the season covered by your maintenance plan, we’ll respond the same day should something go wrong and give you a 10% discount.
